Ordering

An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product at the price and delivery charges specified on the OrderHuge System Web Sites.

OrderHuge System reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason. Prices and products and delivery charges, and product and service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification.

Your contract with OrderHuge System is operable when OrderHuge Marketing System advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.

Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. OrderHuge System will not be held responsible for delayed shipment warnings on the website. It is the responsibility of the customer to read item descriptions carefully before purchasing from the website.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the courier company direct if an order does not arrive in a timely manner. Once the customer learns that an order has not arrived by the due date, please lodge all inquiries with the courier company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please contact the OrderHuge System if you need any further information.

All PO Box requests will automatically be sent via Australia Post as our courier partners do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.

Redirections, Undeliverable, Returned or Packages Refused: If a package is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the address is inaccessible by the courier, the customer will be responsible for all the shipping costs relating to that package.

As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9 am and 5 pm, and to home addresses up until 6 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.

We recommend that you enter a delivery address where someone will be during the hours of 9 am and 7 pm (or 5 pm for businesses) on the delivery day.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from late delivery.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Policy of Refunds or Returns or Cancellations

Any faulty or damaged stock received within 30 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of the Order Huge System will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge.
Order Huge will pay for postage or send you a free return label if you've received an incorrect or damaged product.
To make sure that our customers buy products from us with a free mind. We offer 30 days return/exchange on all of our products(if it's faulty or damaged)
For a change of mind, we offer a refund if we received the product in new condition with all the labels returned to us within 7 days and 14 days for an exchange. Please note: the customer has to pay for the shipping for any return related to a change of mind.
