How to Prepare and Use Your JINNI Sitz Hip Bath

1. Raise the toilet lid and seat fully.
2. Place the JINNI basin on the toilet bowl with the "front" label facing the front.
3. Fill the basin with warm water — 38°C to 40°C (100°F to 105°F) — to half or two-thirds capacity.
4. Thread the solution bag tubing through the front or rear entry point of the basin and snap it into the base channel to secure flow direction.
5. Close the flow clamp by sliding it from wide to narrow.
6. Fill the solution bag with warm water at the same temperature and dissolve one Epsom Salt sachet fully.
7. Hang the solution bag above the basin or rest it on the cistern.
8. Sit comfortably on the basin for 10–15 minutes, allowing the solution to flow gently over the treatment area.
9. To maintain water temperature, adjust the clamp to regulate flow as needed. Excess water will drain through the side vents at the rear of the basin.
10. Once complete, close the clamp, empty the basin into the toilet, and rinse thoroughly with hot water.
11. Wipe dry and store the basin in its protective bag to prevent contamination.
